Subscriber certifies to be neither a member nor agent nor representative of any law-enforcement or postal agency or body, at the local, county, state, federal, international or any other jurisdictional level, seeking to entrap us, its affiliates, or principals thereof. Moreover, Subscriber warrants that, if meeting the preceding criteria, Subscriber is not protected by prosecutorial immunity or any other legal arrangements permitting him to misrepresent the implied or express intentions of his membership.
Subscriber agrees our censoreship with pictures or videos you may view. This is made not to against Japan Explicit Picture Agreement.
This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Subscriber and we regarding the use of the Service, and supersedes all prior written and oral understandings and writings, and may only be amended upon notice given by us to Subscribers. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the provisions of this Agreement shall survive its termination.
